Good Quality Fridgefreezer
Much improved interior design compared to our old one. Also has digital display indicating temperature setting, and also door open alarm. Hoping it will last as long.

A fridge/ freezer!
I have just replaced the mark one fridgefreezer, I think the light is much better in the original, door shelves much higher than original, freezer less shelves. But I am sure the latest edition will fulfill our needs. Being picky!

New Item
Good spacious frige department with small freezer area, which is what we wanted. Disappointed that you cant control temperature in the freezer area separately to the fridge area.

Not what I thought
Very disappointed as No shelf to put ice cube tray on. Other models offer a blue tray that sits over the higher drawer. Had to buy an extra ice cube tray with lid. Also, really poor value on extra plastic like egg tray and rigid plastic for ice cube tray. Which landfill will these go in? I think people should be asked if they want these objects. I must prefer the older model.

Very Noisy
I hate new NEFF fridge freezer; it makes a constant unacceptable noise. The original NEFF fridge freezer was completely silent for 21 years. We recently stayed at a holiday cottage with a NEFF fridge freezer which was also completely silent.

Perfect for us..
We refurbed our kitchen, and wanted to replace all the appliances we had with a decent brand that would last and run quietly in the background, and have not been disappointed. Compressor noise is hardly audible, the capacity of the fridge is good, the freezer has had to be defrosted once this year, but I think this is down to us not closing the dorr properly.
Overall very happy with the operation, capacity, build quality, pleased we spent a little more on the product but certainly very happy with the result. Thanks NEFF.
