Ice dispencer issue
I have a Neff fridge with ice dispencer and inside of the dispencer got very dirty looking like black mould and imposible to clean it without taking it off and after call to customer service I was told that noone has information how to take it off to clean it. What do I do now because I cant be using ice or water anymore because it has a smell and small black bits falling off

Brilliant machine. The air circulatory system keep foods, meats , veg and fruits really fresh. You can put in some fruits, like grapes, slightly past their best and I swear it freshens them up.

Fabulous Fridge and Freezer
D&G replaced my 14 year old Neff American fridge freezer when it broke with this model in December and it is lovely to use. The fridge door has much bigger shelves in it which means I can easily fit 4 litre containers in it and it's easy to see what is in and on the shelves. I can fit much more in the freezer too.
Only criticisms - the wine rack grooves are too skinny to fit wide bottles of wine, prosecco or champagne in (it's what its for isn't it?) and something has broken off the ice making compartment just underneath the ice tray leaving a tube like thing dangling. It still works but behind the whole ice making compartment keeps frosting up (like snow) which makes it seize up. The only way I can clear it is to take the whole ice making bit off, wash it in warm water, dry it thoroughly and put it back on for another 3 weeks until it does it again.

A gold mine
We have thoroughly enjoyed this product. It keeps fruit and veg fresh for much longer than a normal fridge. Added bonus of cold fresh water and ice. This product is fantastic.

Disappointing
The main problem with this model is the ice making machine, it seems to have a mind of its own. It blocks when not used often and there is no way to empty it as it gets locked in!

A few issues but NEFF sorted it out
Huge fridge freezer. I love it. Works well. The water part leaked in the door. I contacted NEFF and within a few days they had arranged to sort it out.

Best fridge/freezer we have ever owned
Fridge freezer temperature control stable and shows clearly on the front panel. Excellent layout - even though it is large, space is optimised. To date we still haven't filled the fridge side and the freezer side has more than enough space. Looks good and feels like a quality item. The only thing I'm not happy with is the cost of the replacement water filter which is way too high for what is essentially a basic replacable filter cartridge which needs fairly regular replacement.
