Rail was very dirty and had a large bow in it where it had been stored outside with moisture, i understand its a natural product and this can happen but not good considering the price they charged.

Decent product, exactly as described.
It's a standard mopstick. Decent quality wood, which cut, planed and sanded cleanly. Now installed in my mother-in-law's staircase.

Ideal indoors or out - just varnish as required.
A repair job on garden handrails.
It's taken several years of weathering for the present handrail to need replacing; suitable varnish every year or so has kept it fit for purpose and looking good.
This new timber is like for like and I expect the same long service in exchange for a little maintenance.

Ideal
Brought this as a 2nd bannister for my house and was very happy with the purchase arrived on the date agreed. Only thing I found odd was although the brackets I brought to fix the rail were ordered at the same time they came from a different place meaning I had to wait until they arrived to it up the bannister
