If you can wait, buy something else....
Swift delivery from TP. Velux are just too expensive for the quality of product. They become cheap in construction and aren't that energy efficient. They certainly don't acknowledge climate change or carbon efficiency. I wanted a Fakro product with a much lower U value but they only make to order so you need at least 6 weeks to get one. Unfortunately, Velux are available immediately so if you're doing an urgent flat roof replacement, you'll probably end up with Velux. None of these products are really designed for warm roof construction either; their details are way out of date. If you have the time to wait for delivery, buy something else.
