Quality control issues have compromised its effect

Don't buy it...Missing lots of features
I recently "upgraded" this from a Microwave/Grill combination in my old kitchen. THis is VERY dissappointing.
a) Despite being the same "range" as my double oven, i.e. N50, this does not have a Home Connect option. My previous microwave allowed programming of different powers and durations, i.e. 1 minute full power, followed by 4 minutes on half power...This one does not! The previous model had a glass tray, this one has a metal tray, which is in a fixed position, pretty much in the middle of the oven, so it is impossible to get anything "tall" in there. In addition, we have it stacked on top of our double oven, the door hinging from the bottom means it is a struggle to get heavy/hot items out without EXTREME CARE! I am dissappointed by the number of "combination" functions, and the list of pre-prepared programmes does not include something as simple as "Jacket Potato". Overall very dissappointed, and wished I had done more extensive research, but then I was limited for choice of "matching" double ovens, as - I believe NEFF only do one range in the double oven, namely N50. Hopefully it will prove unreliable, so I can replace/upgrade. I was going to send it back to AO..com, BUT they wanted to only refund me 45% of the value, since I had used it! So that now leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, and the realisation that I will just have to "make do" with this sub-standard model.

Terrible design
This appliance is very badly designed and dangerous. The rail does not slide out and has a lip on the edge meaning that you have to lift dishes and pots high to get ove the lip and reach into the hot applince

Uneven heating, Noisy, Not worth the price
I replaced my 15 year old Neff microwave with C1AMG84NOB. This microwave is noisy, does not heat evenly, the heating ring gets hit if a big dish is used which makes the claimed capacity incorrect, steam condenses around the main dial and drips. The fan makes noise like a leaf stuck in the channel, the service agent simply said "that is the way it is", We have only used the microwave function and it is not fit for purpose. The only positive is that they send service engineers promptly, sadly the design is so bad that they cant do much!

Worked fine for first year
Worked fine for first year, now the oven is not getting up to temperature and takes over and hour to cook a pizza.

Poor imation of my former neff combination
I'm still getting used to this oven..I have to say that my last Neff combi oven was much better..it had 3 shelves that could pull out..This one you have to lift up to get the tray out..plus it's a waste of space a 44l oven with one shelf!

Good Product
Very pleased the only thing and I know it is for safety reasons is that you have to lift dishes out of the oven, unable to slide them out. Also tried to upgrade to the 4 year warranty with no success, transferred from one line to another.

Underwhelming and not a good microwave
Failed to heat food evenly as a microwave and now broken down in under 2 years of use as a microwave. Disappointed in such an expensive purchase. Purchased with a matching oven which is better but this as a microwave is a big NO sadly.
