Very disappointing
We had to replace the 1st brand new microwave due to steam escaping at the hinge side and bottom of door when cooking.
This was causing problems of dripping condensation onto the oven below and also the built in fridge door & handle.
After an engineer said it wasn't a fault , neff eventually replaced the microwave, which does exactly the same thing.
This is obviously a design fault.
It has left me really disappointed, especially as all our kitchen appliances are neff.

Nice design, no quick start setting
Like the design, etc, but the lack of a quick start setting makes it slow to programme when you just want a quick 30 sec / 1 minute blast

It's easy to use. The only draw back is that it is smaller than the one I'm used to.

Replacement microwave
The appliance was very easy to fit. Very efficient in use and easy to set timer and power. The only negative is the black glass front marks very easily and a quick buff up with a dry cloth every time it is touched. Would definitely recommend this microwave.

Works well but not perfect
Have found the microwave cooks well and evenly but has a few irritants.
When finished the beeps...and beeps...and beeps seemingly endlessly. Very irritating.
There is a big buildup of steam and water vapour, way more than any microwave have had before to the extent it runs out the door as soon as you open it, all over the oven that is below.
The opening button isn't 100% reliable, seem to have to touch in a point to make it work.
