Very disappointing
We had to replace the 1st brand new microwave due to steam escaping at the hinge side and bottom of door when cooking.
This was causing problems of dripping condensation onto the oven below and also the built in fridge door & handle.
After an engineer said it wasn't a fault , neff eventually replaced the microwa ...

Performs well
Been using regularly now for a month. Looks good and performs well. Is simple to use. I hadn't really checked the spec properly as left it to the kitchen designer and was surprised how small the internal capacity was given the size of the unit. Additionally, that the power was only 800is disappointing for the price. Whether the electronic door release holds up remains to be seen.

Great Ovens
It's so nice to be able to put food in and take it out of the oven without bending down. Changed my life. I have two ovens.

New gadget
The door is cool,just touch a button and it opens. My other model was a 900 watt and this is only 800 so noticed a difference when heating certain things. Also there were no instructions in the box which was a bit challenging when I first turned it on.

Very disappointing
We had to replace the 1st brand new microwave due to steam escaping at the hinge side and bottom of door when cooking.
This was causing problems of dripping condensation onto the oven below and also the built in fridge door & handle.
After an engineer said it wasn't a fault , neff eventually replaced the microwave, which does exactly the same thing.
This is obviously a design fault.
It has left me really disappointed, especially as all our kitchen appliances are neff.

Nice design, no quick start setting
Like the design, etc, but the lack of a quick start setting makes it slow to programme when you just want a quick 30 sec / 1 minute blast
