Replacement microwave
The appliance was very easy to fit. Very efficient in use and easy to set timer and power. The only negative is the black glass front marks very easily and a quick buff up with a dry cloth every time it is touched. Would definitely recommend this microwave.

Very disappointing
We had to replace the 1st brand new microwave due to steam escaping at the hinge side and bottom of door when cooking.
This was causing problems of dripping condensation onto the oven below and also the built in fridge door & handle.
After an engineer said it wasn't a fault , neff eventually replaced the microwa ...

New gadget
The door is cool,just touch a button and it opens. My other model was a 900 watt and this is only 800 so noticed a difference when heating certain things. Also there were no instructions in the box which was a bit challenging when I first turned it on.

Very disappointing

This is obviously a design fault.
It has left me really disappointed, especially as all our kitchen appliances are neff.

Nice design, no quick start setting
Like the design, etc, but the lack of a quick start setting makes it slow to programme when you just want a quick 30 sec / 1 minute blast
