Probably one of the worst cooker hoods ever
Absolutely useless at extraction - does nothing for smells or cooking steam no matter how much you clean the filters service it. Underpowered - would not recommend at all.

Looks nice but very noisey
Looks swish but fan is so noisy rattling away, and this appliance is externally vented to a straight through exit. Really expected higher quality fan operation. Sounds like a cheap builder's merchant product. A real disappointment for the brand and especially the £££££ price.

Can't operate two in one kitchen
Poor deisgn that does not allow two of these in one kitchen as the remotes can only take one frequency. Result is turning off and on is a nightmare as remote randomly turns on one then the other so you can not pick which to turn on or off. How can a remote be designed with only one frequency - avoid if you need two in your kitchen because this does not work. Neff engineer says the remotes can not be re-programmed. For this price a great surprise and tremendous disappointment.
