Terrible machine and expensive

The stacking system is a disaster, even adjusting the mid rack doesn't help. The glasses and cup rack(the middle rack) can only take small cups and glasses in the high position and when you lower the tray/shelf the spray arm catches on the dinner plates leaving the dishes dirty. Not best design

Been using this dishwasher for over 6 weeks and spend everymorning drying all the mugs. The angle on the second shelf is not enough to tilt the mug and allow the weater to drain off, therefore need to remove each mug away carefully without spilling the water and drin in the sink and dry the bottom of each mug.

Great dishwasher

I like the choice of programs and cycle length. The dishwasher outputs very dry crockery utensils which is an improvement on older models. The specified shortest program cycle of 35 minutes - where is it? Overall a great buy and connects to your WiFi !

Mixed feelings

Love the ease of operation and the selection of programs and the drying is far better than our old machine. However we have found that although the top cutlery tray theoretically gives more room for glasses, crockery etc. in the lower section, in practice it restricts the room for taller tumblers in the tray below, so you drop that tray down, but when you do that it restricts the height in the bottom tray, and we have some large plates which catch on the rotating jet. Can't see an obvious solution.

Happy with purchase

Having had a Bosch dishwasher form13 years I was keen to replace with the same. There are lots more features on this one and hopefully it's more economical- hard to tell yet on that one. I was unsure about the cutlery tray at first but now I love it! It gives more space on the bottom rack.
