Top service
Ordered a couple of packs of these on-line and went to store to pick up when notified. On attendance, advised that stock level was incorrect....deep breathe!...then advised that store Manager was actually attending another store and would be bringing back my order to store...as I didn't want to drive back to store again, I asked if the items could be dropped at the site where I needed them as it was en-route from other store to home store.....this was arranged enabling me to finish the job - really grateful for the flexibility and service shown and what could have been a major moan has been converted to praise for solving a problem - great service for such a small order but hugely appreciated - thanks
