Good but upside down!
Good quality with a nice chrome finish. Easy to mount. Rather confused at the start as the image on your website appears upside down. The part with the most bars should be at the bottom for more heat lowers down and more hanging options at the top. All other vendors have the correct orientation and the instructions in the pack show it the correct way (large bar set at the bottom). You need to update your website as it can be very confusing for DIYers. The quality of the finish on the 'larger bar set' end (bottom) is poor quality and should clearly not be on the top.
