Great in principle, pleasant to deal with BUT
Hippo is great in principle, the staff are pleasant to deal with BUT the service is terrible. They just WON'T take the lovely thing away. I've used Hippo twice. The first time we had to ask 5 times, this is the second and I'm on the third time of asking.....
Maybe it's a payment upfront kind of thing!

Poor stock management
I needed a small hippo bag so went online for the Stowmarket branch and saw that there was one in stock. So I ordered it. I went to the branch the next day and the young lady explained to me that she couldn't find it. I was stuck as I needed the bag so I was obliged to buy a much bigger bag than I needed and it cost me £4 more than it should have. To make matters worse, the bag is a one-time use bag so it really is a waste to me.
