Perfect mix everytime
I've bought this previously several times from the Cleator Moor depot and never had issues with it, perfect mix every time.
just a shame the Cumbrian branches have stopped using this brand and moved to one that's not quite as good.

I would look at competing products first.
I purchased approximtely 40X20kg bags to build a wall. However i quickly notice a variance in the quality of the mortar, some bags mixed well. Smooth consistency however over half produced a 'gritty' like mix which dried very quickly and constantly need fresh water to keep useable. This clearly is not an ideal sit ...

Less wasteful but lot more expensive than mixing yourself.
Only needed a small amount. Pre mixed so saves mixing hassle. My last bag of concrete went off but i didnt realise and had to redo several slabs/steps

Easy to mix
I used it for bedding porcelain tiles in my gazebo but added sand to bulk it up a bit.

If you have not got the room to store a load of sand then this is your only option can work out expensive though but it's a very good mixture for building
