An A1 Non-Combustible multi-application Glass Mineral Wool slab, manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique ECOSE® Technology, and designed for use in multiple applications in both timber and steel frame construction to allow flexibility across a range of projects.
Is made of shaped polyethylene foams glued to aluminium coated polyethylene foils. The unique honeycomb structure composes of a large number of low emissivity cavities that ensure high thermal performance. The reflective insulation product has a heat capacity of 2300JK/kgK. The panels can be used on timber frame, masonry walls, pitched roof, ceilings, floors & suspended timber floors. The lightweight Hybris panels have a tensile strength greater than 45kPa before and after ageing in both longitudinal and transversal directions. The tensile strength is tested to EN 1608 and the tearing and nail shank resistance to EN 12310- 1 part 1.
This pack of Rockwool semi-rigid acoustic insulation slabs contains resin bonded slabs that can be used in general building and industrial applications, including as thermal insulation on floors, walls and roofs. They provide A1 fire protection and are finished with a water repellent seal to prevent decay from moisture .
