Washing programmes are restrictive
It is described as an 8kg machine but that weight is only supported in two programmes, one (Eco 40-60) which washes at 40-60C and cannot be changed. and the other (Cottons) is for hard-wearing cotton or linen clothes. Apparently, that applies to all Neff washing machine as confirmed by the Neff support chat line. ...

Had my last Neff built in washing machine for nearly 17 years . Hard act to follow but this model is so quiet and loving the floor display. Great!!!

Very Pleased.
Like to floor lnicator clock to show how much time the programme has to run.
DONT LIKE the fact that with an integral appliance, once you have struggled to fit it in the recess, in order to register the warranty you then have to remove it again to find the serial numbers etc. surely it makes sense to put the label on the front bottom plate along side the QR code label that directs you to the website that asks for the details!!!!

Perfect replacement
Had this one's predecessor for 12 years and nothing went wrong in that time till the bearings going made it uneconomical to repair. Amazingly the price was roughly the same as 12 years ago 🤗

It is described as an 8kg machine but that weight is only supported in two programmes, one (Eco 40-60) which washes at 40-60C and cannot be changed. and the other (Cottons) is for hard-wearing cotton or linen clothes. Apparently, that applies to all Neff washing machine as confirmed by the Neff support chat line. I do not understand when the Eco cannot be limited to 30-40C. Wouldn't that make it more Eco? My Neff dishwasher is magic, but the washing machine is mediocre.

Disappointed
Having had my last Neff washing machine for 17 years I am very disappointed with this one. I find that it is far less efficient than my previous one. The wash programs sometimes in excess of 2 or 3 hours. If a faster more energy efficient wash is chosen the load capacity falls significantly too. So far the only wash I find is practical is the mixed load one.

Replacement NEFF Integrated Washing Machine
Replaced a previous NEFF machine which I had for 9 years. A little more complicated than my previous one so I keep having to refer to the User Manual. Nice and quiet spins well but doesn't seem to take in as much water as my previous one, but they may be the auto system working. Like the idea of the light reflected on the floor, although my husband was a bit shocked seeing the time of program being illuminated. Mine is a fully integrated system but the engineers installing it could not get it in far enough to put the outer cupboard door on without catching against the door next to it. After they had gone my husband took the door off and although you can now see the machine it is not too obtrusive.
