Overview
- The product can be applied in one application to depths between 3mm and 6mm
- Setcrete™ Universal takes approximately 24 hours at to fully dry, so that floor coverings can be laid on top. However, after 3 hours it is hard enough for you to walk on.
- Setcrete™ Universal is suitable to use over a wide range of absorbent sub floors, which should first be coated with Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer diluted in a ratio of 1 part primer to 4 parts water
- For non-absorbent sub floors, the surface should first be primed with un-diluted Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer
- The working time for use is approximately 15 – 20 minutes at 20°C, depending upon the sub floor absorbency, ambient temperature and humidity. Do not mix more than one bag at a time
- Setcrete™ Universal is not suitable for use when bonding solid wood flooring. All other Setcrete™ floor levelling compounds are suitable for installation of this type of flooring

The initial and final bonding capability of Drybase Tanking Slurry is excellent, making it suitable to be applied to horizontal as well as vertical surfaces. It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting, but also permeable to vapour. Drybase Tanking Slurry is tested for use in contact with drinking water.
