Overview
- The product can be applied in one application to depths between 3mm and 6mm
- Setcrete™ Universal takes approximately 24 hours at to fully dry, so that floor coverings can be laid on top. However, after 3 hours it is hard enough for you to walk on.
- Setcrete™ Universal is suitable to use over a wide range of absorbent sub floors, which should first be coated with Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer diluted in a ratio of 1 part primer to 4 parts water
- For non-absorbent sub floors, the surface should first be primed with un-diluted Setcrete™ Acrylic Primer
- The working time for use is approximately 15 – 20 minutes at 20°C, depending upon the sub floor absorbency, ambient temperature and humidity. Do not mix more than one bag at a time
- Setcrete™ Universal is not suitable for use when bonding solid wood flooring. All other Setcrete™ floor levelling compounds are suitable for installation of this type of flooring

Sika Wintermix 5LTR
Sika Wintermix Admixture is an air entraining, chloride free, liquid admixture for mortar and concrete which also acts as an accelerator for work in sub - zero temperatures, with increased frost resistance during setting. Sika Wintermix improves workability, even in cold weather as well as freeze/thaw resistance in bricklaying mortars, thus eliminating the need for a separate frost proofer. Sika Wintermix can be used as an air entraining, water reducing, admixture and accelerator/frost proofer for brick and block laying mortar, render (internal and external) and concrete Sika Wintermix is also suitable for load bearing brickwork, block laying, external and internal rendering, pointing/repointing brickwork and floor screeds. Due to the embedded metal, Sika Wintermix is non-corrosive to embedded metal and can also replace Lime in the mix, reducing the possibility of lime bloom and efflorescence. Sika Wintermix also benefits from reduced shrinkage, with in turn reduces cracking and crazing.

Setcrete Acrylic Primer prevents unacceptably rapid drying of Setcrete Floor Levelling Compounds over absorbent subfloors and promotes adhesion to non-absorbent surfaces. It is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations and is coloured green to provide the user with visual control of coverage uniformity.
Setcrete Acrylic Primer should be used on absorbent surfaces such as concrete, sand/cement screeds, plywood and hardboard. It should also be used on non-absorbent surfaces of terrazzo, power floated concrete, quarry and ceramic tiles, sound asphalt, well bonded epoxy and polyurethane coatings and minimal existing adhesive residue.
