Excellent service
Items arrived on the due date. We had bulky items that needed the hoist from the lorry to lift the items into our garden over our car & fence. The very pleasant driver assured us we would not need to move our car & he was right. Very happy with the quality of the goods & service

Check before they rip you off
Ordered a bag of this sand as it shows it as yellow. Previous bag bought was also yellow.
When it arrived it was red sand instead. phoned TP and was fobbed off saying can't change for 4 days, so can't progress with brickwork meaning unhappy customer, loss of future work and reputation. sales rep was rude on the ph ...

Colour
I bought this building sand to build a garden wall but the colour of the mortar it doesn't change after a few weeks like Grey/white. Maybe take more time?

Cheaper than 20 KG bags if you need a lot
Used this under artificial turf in front of our garden bar. I calculated that if I'd bought bags of sand, it would have cost almost twice the price for this bag, even with the delivery charge.

Travis Perkins Building Sand.
I am using this building sand to mix with cement for my garden wall brickwork.
I am using a mix of 4 parts sand to 1 of cement as it is stronger than the conventional 5:1 mix for general building.
