Sika Bond SBR 5L
SikaBond is a waterproof bonding agent and mortar mixture with multiple uses. Its an admixture, primer, bonding agent and sealer, a true multi-purpose solution that always gets the job done right.
Use SBR as an admixture with mortar, screeds and renders, or as an effective primer-sealer in tiling applications. Its also suitable for use as a bonding agent with screeds or renders, and even as a flexibiliser for cement-based tile adhesive when tiling on wooden or asphalt floors.
In addition, SikaBond has another big advantage over PVA bonding aids, its not adversely affected in wet conditions. It has excellent resistance to water and water vapour, as well as improved frost resistance, so its perfect for exterior use.
With a reduced water-to-cement ratio, its easier to spread and can be applied in much thinner sections. SikaBond also has a high level of resistance to salt permeation, a reduced surface dusting of concrete and a greatly improved resistance to many chemicals.

Sika Mix Frost Proofer & Plasticiser is an air entraining, chloride free, liquid admixture for mortar and concrete which also acts as an accelerator for work in sub - zero temperatures, with increased frost resistance during setting. Sika Mix Frost Proofer improves workability, even in cold weather as well as freeze/thaw resistance in bricklaying mortars, thus eliminating the need for a separate frost proofer. Sika Mix Frost Proofer can be used as an air entraining, water reducing, admixture and accelerator/frost proofer for brick and block laying mortar, render (internal and external) and concrete Sika Mix Frost Proofer is also suitable for load bearing brickwork, block laying, external and internal rendering, pointing/repointing brickwork and floor screeds. Due to the embedded metal, Sika Mix Frost Proofer is non-corrosive to embedded metal and can also replace Lime in the mix, reducing the possibility of lime bloom and efflorescence. Sika Mix Frost Proofer & Plasticiser also benefits from reduced shrinkage, with in turn reduces cracking and crazing.
