Used in a 'rockery' wall type thing finishing off a half built wall from a cowboy builder I had the miss-pleasure of meeting
First time mixing cement ... absolutely hate the process as it's a killer on the back doing it by hand

Too wet
OK so it is sand, but my purchase of 5x bags came with 2.5 pints of entrained water which drained into my boot during a 5min drive, I am still cleaning up 20 minutes later, not amused, I bought bagged not bulk! But the sand is OK.

Did the job.
Mortar mix. Worked well. The extra water in the bags helped the mortar mix but was a bit hard on the back as I slogged home with 1 in a backpack and the other on a porter's barrow.
