Buyer beware - avoid this appliance
I understood this was supposed to be a warming drawer, but in reality it is just a warming-up drawer, a big difference. It heats up the plates, but after a few minutes turns itself off (despite the orange power light remaining illuminated). So you have to keep checking that the plates haven't gone cold. After five ...

Matching warming drawer
Warming drawer fits in well with other Neff appliances of the same range. Works well, would have been better with an on/off and temperature dial.

Unit not working
Unit lock drawer not working when taken out box. No replacement offered. Had to wait for engineer to validate it was broken. A spare part was changed out. Just waiting for next fault to happen.

Review on 7 Neff Products
We have Seven NEFF products and on the whole find them mostly good. The Fridge Freezer is fine but for our needs, not accommodating enough.
The Hob is very good with it's timer and safety switch off feature, only wish the hob size markings i.e. Dots, were more clearly defined.
We have an Extractor and Fan Oven and really find the Slide & Hide away door a brilliant idea - especially if your not tall!
The Multifunction/Microwave is dissappointing in that it seems to give out alternating heatwaves which makes me feel afraid to trust it completely. For example one day sixty seconds is just right to warm a measured amount of liquid, and the next time it's too much and it's overflowing. Also, there is no shelf height adjustment.
We also have a Dishwasher but cannot write a review on this just yet, as we have not put it through it's paces.
The Warming Drawer is good for dinner plates, but not deep enough for when I make my weekly loaf for proving, although it's fine for bread rolls.

Failed after 3 years
As per a lot of other reviews the warming drawer is giving the fast flashing red light and not working.
Probably the control module failed at a cost of about £300, very poor quality, I don't understand how this can still be cold when you read the reviews left online DLL with the same problem.

Couldn't live without it now
Wasn't sure about getting this item 1st in our new kitchen, but so glad we did… Been an absolute game changer as we love, eating our food off of a hot warm plate and also being able to leave leftovers in the warming drawer for later
