Love the light and the extractor, does the job perfectly

Looks good but a bit clunky
Looks nice once it is fitted, which was far from easy. Relatively quiet and bright lights. The slide out drawer needs a redesign though, it feels cheap, wobbly and makes an awful clunk when it reached the end of its travel. Smoother runners and a soft stop would help.

Nearly perfect product
This N50 telescopic cooker hood is excellent. It is discrete yet quietly efficient. Pull out when you need it, slide back when finished. My only complaint relates to the led lamps. These are a white light colour which does not go well with the soft white (2700) of our under cupboard lighting. I would like to buy some replacement lamps of the desired spec. but, astonishingly, the user manual states that replacing the lamps is an 'engineer only' task requiring a call out and all the attendant inconvenience and expense.

Good product
Happy with the product, has good features like three filters and hidden switches. The only drawback is that when not fully opened, the strength of extraction is not as expected.

Condensation problem
We have had our hood for 6 years and have been very happy with the design and efficiency. It is vented to the outside wall just behind the hood. However, just recently we are suddenly been getting water ( condensation) dripping down on the hob below. We have cleaned the filters but it still persists. Any helpful ideas?

More Naff than Neff
Slide out is clunky at best. On off speed switch rarely works can't turn speed up. Had engineer out who was very good but it went back to not working within a day. Poorly designed rocket switch.
