Flimsy
Terrible, flimsy and poor quality - like almost every product of this type, i've had to go to a farming shop to get something that's going to last more than a week or two.
Installed this on a gate to replace another one that I had got from B&Q which was also useless, I hoped that TP would stock a better product but after two weeks and not much use the retaining clip that holds the latch in place has snapped off. The screws are rusty already too.
Heavy duty replacement from the farming shop seems to be doing the job.

MP18LZP 70mm Sq x 2400mm long metal post. Flat Top with plastic cap insert. The latch catch is already welded to the post to suit the Corfe and Balmoral tall single side gates. Concrete-in style. Electro-galvanised for added rust resistance and Powder coated black. Note; the galvanising is not a 100% rust proof guarantee. The post and particularly the latch catch will need to be paint touched up periodically if the coating is damaged or chipped.
