MGC Quick Drying Stain Block 2.5L
MGC QUICK DRYING STAIN BLOCK is a water based, Matt, white blocking primer that has excellent adhesion to most surfaces including plaster, concrete, wood and previously painted surfaces. It will seal in all stains preventing them from bleeding through and spoiling new decorations. It is touch dry in 30 minutes and can be decorated over with any type of paint, undercoat or wallpaper
