Couldn't get what I ordered.
Waited a while for communication. TP had an incorrect contact number for me on the ticket (could have been a typo but suspect not). Anyway contacted Steve in the Chatham branch. He couldn't have been more helpful. He told me that orders are received online that depots are then responsible for delivering, but if the product is unavailable in the locale then the local office is supposed to solve the problem. Usually offer an alternative which was what happened in my case. I wasn't overly happy but it got sorted and I was refunded the difference. Delivery bloke was good too. But it's not a nationwide service and is dependent on what your local depots have in stock.

Plasterboard
It's Plasterboard. Not much you can say other than it does a specific job well. Reasonably priced.
Delivery guy from your Brandon branch was awesome. Helped put delivery away as it arrived on a van rather than a truck with a grab arm.
