Drybase Tanking Slurry is a cementitious, ready-mixed surface waterproofer. The waterproofing function is achieved by a unique composition of cement, graded quartz sand and selected additives. It can be used against active and passive water pressures. The initial and final bonding capability of Drybase Tanking Slurry is excellent, making it suitable to be applied to horizontal as well as vertical surfaces. It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting, but also permeable to vapour. Drybase Tanking Slurry is tested for use in contact with drinking water.

Dryrod is the next generation of rising damp treatment developed by Safeguard Europe Ltd. The patented, BBA approved 12mm diameter DIY damp proofing rods carry a powerful water repellent material, which cures to form a powerful barrier to rising damp. Once they are inserted, the rods will start to dry out the wall by slowly diffusing water repellent deep into the damp masonry, curing to form a powerful barrier to further rising damp. Installation: Simply insert the 9" rods into a series of 12mm holes drilled into the lowest available continuous mortar course of the wall. No specialist pumps or mastic guns required. A normal hammer drill will suffice. Once installed they diffuse the active ingredient deep into the wall before it cures to form a water-repellent chemical damp course. Sika Wintermix Admixture is an air entraining, chloride free, liquid admixture for mortar and concrete which also acts as an accelerator for work in sub - zero temperatures, with increased frost resistance during setting. Sika Wintermix improves workability, even in cold weather as well as freeze/thaw resistance in bricklaying mortars, thus eliminating the need for a separate frost proofer. Sika Wintermix can be used as an air entraining, water reducing, admixture and accelerator/frost proofer for brick and block laying mortar, render (internal and external) and concrete Sika Wintermix is also suitable for load bearing brickwork, block laying, external and internal rendering, pointing/repointing brickwork and floor screeds. Due to the embedded metal, Sika Wintermix is non-corrosive to embedded metal and can also replace Lime in the mix, reducing the possibility of lime bloom and efflorescence. Sika Wintermix also benefits from reduced shrinkage, with in turn reduces cracking and crazing.

Sovereign WeatherChek Façade Cream is an easy-to-use water repellent for protecting external masonry from penetrating damp and freeze-thaw damage. The viscous emulsion of silane and siloxanes penetrates and impregnates porous masonry to produce a water-repellent surface. WeatherChek Façade Cream can be applied with a spray, brush or roller to porous masonry such as brick, mortar, render, limestone and sandstone. Reducing the porosity of masonry also results in reduced heat transfer, improving the thermal properties of a dwelling. WeatherChek Façade Cream also does not prevent a wall from breathing.
