Garbage
Like the other reviewers my second REPLACEMENT has just gone in the bin, shattered in our new build house. Terrible product. Why are developers fitting this junk?

Please do not buy this!
Shamefully bad appliance. Me and my partner moved into our first flat which has a neue microwave, oven, and hob (this one).
within a few months the microwave has broken, and the hob stops working intermittently. This is our first flat and nothing in our kitchen works because of this company, we are gutted :(
Please do not buy neue kitchenware. I will be shouting from the rooftops about this, and may even make a facebook group to raise awareness. Support have not been helpful at all

Avoid this product.
Would not recommend. We have had the hob 6 month and had a replacement already due to it shattering. Both the original and the replacement have both shattered.
