How to choose the right lead flashings & accessories

 

• Standard flashings: Use Code 4 for most domestic apron and step flashings.

• Light duty: Code 3 is suitable for hidden soakers.

• Heavy duty: Choose Code 5 or 6 for valley linings or where the roof is subject to extreme weather. Always pair your purchase with lead clips to prevent the lead from slipping and lead sealant for a professional, watertight finish at the masonry join.
