Customer service not good
The actual product was great. The service was not so great. We ordered from TP because they could deliver on a Saturday. I spoke to a member of staff on the Friday morning who told me a delivery time for the Saturday morning. Late Friday afternoon I got a call to say my item would not be delivered due to a vehicle problem. We were doing the project over the weekend so needed this urgently. We had to hire a vehicle and go and collect ourselves. This took time and extra cost that we did not expect to have.
